CRAFTSMAN, FINISH CARPENTER, PROJECT MANAGER

Gino prides himself with an exceptional level of integrity and quality of performance in everything he does.

Gino's expertise as a craftsman began when he was young. At the early age of 15 years old he flipped homes with his father in Illinois, cleaning up the investments and preparing them for resale.

His high energy and outgoing personality has always opened up doors of opportunity and he views challenges as opportunities to apply his knowledge and creativity to find the best solutions in the best interest of his clients.

His work experiences and high work ethics began in his youth, including: working at his family farm during summers, working at Morton Metal Craft in IL as a forklift driver, materials handler, and press operator. When he relocated to Santa Barbara in 1979 he worked as a union installer at Hayward's Floor Coverings, while enjoying refinishing furniture and always improving any home he lived in. Gino started his own construction business in Santa Barbara in 1985.

Gino works with Integrity, Creativity, and Excellence in everything he does. He is intensely results-oriented and works well with others.  He manages work teams with ease and is a natural motivator.

DINOSAURS & TEAM MANAGEMENT

Gino was selected to join the team and travel to Dubai for an intense historical project: to erect the 1st Dinosaur Skeleton at the Abu Dhabi Airport in July 2008 . The dinosaur was brought in for educational purposes and was well celebrated, documented in local and international media.

The team lead by Barry James, Paleontologist, assembled the first dinosaur skeleton to be seen in Dubai, set up at the Abu Dhabi Airport. Gino was selected for the team due to his experience in construction and his extraordinary innovative skills when tackling structural challenges of many types. He also served as their spokesman, selected for this position due to his natural warmth and positive energy with public relations.

COACH!

Steve and Matt worked for Gino in his construction business starting at 15 years old and attending Santa Barbara High School.

At the beginning of their employment with Gino, they knew nothing about carpentry but were super charged with energy and eager to work.  Gino taught them the skills of the trade and the highest work ethics. He helped them identify their strengths and boldly go forward with them, challenging them to seize opportunities, face challenges, and complete projects with excellence.

BRAVO! They pursued their dreams and both became successful professionals, married and raising a family of their own.

Wondering how he inspired and motivated the teens?
